I'm kinda late to the ship but I finally got around to the ship KleinxAudrey. First I thought she was too immature for him, however her choice of beyonder pathway seems to have taken the rough edges of that.
These last few chapters have finally convinced me of the beauty of this performer/spectator partnership. Not only would both benefit immensely in their advancement, they could act as each other's anchor, too. And finally just imagine what a strange and marvelous courting dance these two could perform: 100 first meetings and Audrey can "discover" the real Klein a little more with every new identity. Until finally she can peel off his ultimate mask - The Fool. What a delicious thought!

Every pathway is a terror if abused. Heck from what we know of Seer's pathway it is a securities nightmare. A shapeshifting, mind controlling, teleporting precog who can turn innocuous paper into knives and turn finger gun into actual guns. I am surprise that not every intelligence agency is not interested in raising a seer.

For this to be the case unless it’s almost all sealed artifacts it should be that the Sanguine managed to reobtain some of the Sequence 1 characteristics from Lilith as there wouldn’t be enough otherwise. If you look at the Orthodox churches with all 3 Sequence 1 characteristics in the hands of true gods they only have one more angel left at Sequence 2 (Pope, Pontiff, etc). I don’t believe that they wouldn’t have more angels if they had the ability to though perhaps ‘they’ would just have different titles. Cattleya also mentioned that since The Fool seemed to have two angels in his service (Will and Azik) that put ‘his’ organization on the same level as the orthodox churches. Going by this logic it shouldn’t be possible for their to be more than either 4 or 5 Sequence 2 or Sequence 1 Angels at the same time to the law of beyonder characteristic conservation. The difference may also stem from the other beyonder law stating that if there are many high sequencers then there are fewer low sequencers and vice versa.

A few of them might have changed paths to planter at high sequence. However, I agree that 5 seq2 angels seems too much for one path IF there is still a seq 0. Perhaps Lilith is really gone for good. Would explain why the rituals targeting the Primordial Moon get answered only by some mad heap of mating sexual organs. Perhaps that's the Uniqueness of the moon that got out of control after Lilith died?

You're wrong on their only being one seq 2 Angel of the church for the same pathway. True, their is only one Pope who is always a Seq 2 but he/she is not the only seq 2 of that church's main pathway. While an Angel might not necessarily serve a church, it doesn't mean they only have 1 of same pathway. That not withstanding - the Angel the goddess uses as a vessel is a Seq 2. Apart from the Pope, you can see there is already another one of the same pathway. Point is - your assumption that the churches only have the Pope who is at Seq 2 as the only Angel of their pathway is not correct...

你说每个教会在同一途径只会有一个序列2天使，这点错了。不错，每个教会只有一个教皇，一般都是序列2，但他/她并不是教会主要途径的唯一一个序列2啊。虽然天使并不一定会为教会服务，但这也不意味着他们只能在同一条途径。如果是那样的话，黑夜女神用来当容器的天使是序列2，这点就不相符了。这就是一个除了教皇之外在同途径还有另外一个序列2的好例子。重点在于——你的假说认为，教会只有一个教皇，这个序列2的天使就是他们在这条途径唯一的天使，这点就不对……

On the point of their being a limited number of angels, I agree with you. Long ago it was mentioned that the higher you go, the lesser (to an extent) the beyonders would become. Like, for every pathway, there can only be a maximum of three seq 1s. It makes sense that even if the seq 2s might be more than three, they won't be too many. Maybe at Seq 3 there can be much more...
