Once upon a time, there was a craftsman who makes violins, his family continues this work generation by generation. When those woods of high quantity touch his hands like magic sticks, they changed into violins which bear melodious sound, their fame spread widely. For many years, countless of masters customized for violins. The splendid performance of those masters had perfectly raised the craftsman’s fame.
One day, a rich man appointed his entourage to ask for a violin. The rich man spent a high cost, required the craftsman to make a violin in a very short time. However, there was no wood of high quantity left in his warehouse and the time was not enough for him to buy materials. What’s worse, the rich man urged frequently. The craftsman could only used the materials left to make a violin in hasty and sent to the rich man’s. Although, the craft of the craftsman was exquisite as usual, the time was too hasty to have the violin well processed, and the material of the violin was actually not the best. Fortunately, the rich man only used the violin for self-practice and not for performance.
Few months later, a violinist visited the rich man’s home. The rich man took out the violin and invited the violinist to perform some music. After playing a song, the violinist frowned, he pointed out that the quantity of the violin is not high. The rich man was not pleased and sad that the violin is bought from the famous craftsman and cost a lot, how can its quantity be not good? Then the violinist then stayed silent.
