Yeah I guess by this world standard but I feel like even just 2 or 3 abilities if used correctly could be plenty powerful, imagine My Hero Academia but you got 9 abilities that could get stronger, like, wtf
Though on the flip side if you don't have the chance to use it you are dead, just like the Nimblewright guy, that's why kid, hesitation is defeat

是啊我猜以这个世界的标准来看是这样，但我感觉即使只是魔术师能力里的其中两三项，只要用好了就可以变得非常强大，想象一下在我的英雄学院里面的那样……但是你这次得到了整整9项这样的能力，这简直，卧槽
