Because literally everything about them screams WITCH!!
这个问题困扰我很久了——叫她们女巫而不是魔女不是更合适吗？
因为她们身上的所有设定细节都在像是在说，她们就是女巫！啊！

On more serious matters, there is a certain ploy here that Klein will soon discover. After his near death experience and now he has found some leads, he should be able to figure out what Ince and the royal family have been planning. Could it be sacrifices to revive one of their gods? Or a ritual for such?
