The continued on for a short way after rounding the turn, and the corridor ended. They were now in a small lobby, with a few tables and chairs. Two vending machines were placed in the corner. Glass doors opposite of them were hung with signs of names, and showed offices behind them a typical office of white chairs and tables, computers and files. Revolting to Karrson it was, when he saw infected workers leaning against the matte glass walls. Some faced them, and looked at them with pale lifeless eyes of unseeing. One of them banged its head against the wall, hands grabbing at the glass as if attempting to pull down this barricade between itself and the company.
