Well, the reason he transmigrated was because of the luck ritual in the 'Quintessential Divination and Arcane Arts of the Qin and Han Dynasty' book (Chapter 2), which is a chinese book in the first place, so the reason that Roselle transmigrated there may be due to something similar, if not the same.
